常見二簽 E-mail 通知信翻譯

        二簽申請幾天之後會收到 E-mail 通知照X光及繳交雇用證明（不一定），內文範本如下：

Dear Applicant,

This email relates to your 2nd Working Holiday (subclass 417) visa application lodged with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.

Health Examinations Required （需要做體檢）

Before this visa application can be decided you are required to obtain a chest x-ray. To arrange appointments for these examinations you need to contact your nearest Medibank Health Solutions authorised doctor via:（只要照胸部X光，聯絡Medibank預約）

You will need to take Form 160 with you to the appointment along with your current passport. Links to the Form 160 on the departments website are below for your convenience. （帶160表格跟護照前往）

· Health results will be forwarded by the radiologist/doctor to Medibank Health Solutions (MHS). If you received your X-ray results, please forward them to: PO Box 9821, Brisbane Qld, 4001. （如果x光報告被交給你的話，自行郵寄至該地址，但一般報告他會幫你直接寄去）

Important: Please note chest xrays and medical examinations not undertaken via Medibank Health Solutions cannot be accepted and you will have to complete your medicals again. （Medibank以外醫療機構做的檢查報告不會被接受）

Evidence of Specified Work （特定工作證明）

For specified work undertaken after 1 May 2005, details of employment should be recorded on Form 1263 Working Holiday: Employment Verification. This form is available on our website athttp://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1263.pdf （請交1263表格）

You must also provide alternative evidence that you have completed specified work with this employer in the claimed regional area, for example:（此外還要提供其他佐證，如：銀行對帳單、車票、租房證明、薪資單、有雇主公司抬頭的聲明信...等等都可以）


A bank statement covering the entire period of your claimed specified work is the most efficient form of evidence. This information is still ideal if you worked in a voluntary capacity i.e. unpaid work such as WWOOF (Willing Workers On Organic Farms) and or paid cash-in-hand. 
Bus tickets, accommodation or general receipts in your name; 
Payslips; 
Group certificates; 
Tax returns; 
Employer references on official letterhead.

Please note, if the documents do not identify you as the owner of the account or receipts, it is not weighed highly as alternate evidence. 
For specified work undertaken before 1 May 2005, please provide other documentation as evidence of your work. This may include payslips, PAYG Summary sheets, tax returns (ATO group certificates) and employer references.

If the requested information is outstanding after this date, a decision will be made on your application on the basis of the information already provided. （如果沒在期限內回覆，會根據你已經提供的資料做決定，意思就是十之八九會拒簽）

If you are unable to complete your health examinations in this time frame you are required to inform us by email via: 2ndWHM.helpdesk@immi.gov.au. （如果體檢來不及完成，請 email 通知）

Bridging Visa （過橋簽）

You have now been granted a Bridging Visa A. If your current visa application has not been decided by the time your last substantive visa ceases to be in effect, the Bridging Visa A will come into effect. The purpose of a bridging visa is to allow an applicant to remain lawfully in Australia until a decision is made on their visa application.  （自動取得過橋簽A，讓你在一簽失效後還可以合法待在澳洲，直到二簽申請被決定）

The Bridging Visa A has the same work conditions as those on the substantive visa you held at the time of application. （過橋簽A的簽證條件與一簽相同，一樣可以工作與念書）

As you were in Australia at the time of making your application, you must be in Australia at the time a decision is made on your application.If a need to travel overseas arises during the processing of your application please inform the Department prior to travel so that we can advise you of the available options. （在澳洲境內申請，簽證核發時也一定要在澳洲。如果要要出境要通知。）

如果系統裡在查簽證審查情況時看到 Further information required - Declaration ，那表示還有宣示沒做，可能1263表格的簽名頁沒有提供給移民局，或是他 e-mail 裡請你回覆的一些問題還沒有回答。

•You have read the notes associated with this application, and are aware of the conditions that may apply and that you are required to abide by them; （你讀過且了解簽證條件，Yes）

•Any employment is incidental to your holiday in Australia and the purpose of working is to supplement your holiday funds; (打工不是主要目的，只是為了補貼旅費，Yes）

•You have no dependant children （沒有隨行小孩，No, I don't，這裡牽涉到英文文法問題，不能回答是的，我沒有））
•You are applying for a 2nd Working Holiday (subclass 417) visa and have done 3 months specified work in regional Australia on your first Working Holiday visa. （你是要申請二簽，且有在偏遠地區做三個月特定工作，Yes)
• If granted a visa, you will advise the Australian Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship of any change in your circumstances. (若拿到簽證後，條件有變會通知移民局，Yes）
